In order to increase customer satisfaction and ensure customers get the most use from the product, Hymnal Plus is now offering a free two-year warranty. They are able to do this, now, because as a portable hymn player company, they have been growing in popularity since their first product release in 2005.

The warranty is an extension of the one-year warranty that comes standard with every Hymnal Plus unit. For customers to receive the two-year warranty, they simply need to register their Hymnal Plus purchase online, within 30 days of purchase. Customers will also gain membership to the Hymnal Plus Owners Club, where they can peruse various tips and articles available only to Hymnal Plus owners. Director Alan Kempster hopes that the extended warranty will grow customer relations and build confidence for the many congregations around the country that utilize their digital church music system.

The success of the Hymnal Plus HT-300 is due mainly to its design. The device is completely portable and requires no musical or technical skill to operate. Aside from this, it is also fully upgradeable, with additional hymn books available for customers at the time of purchase, as well as retroactively.

About the Company
Hymn Technology was established in 1995 to distribute imported products into the UK worship music market. The directors, Martin Phelps and Alan Kempster, saw an opportunity for a device that would provide churches with a large musical repertoire, great functionality and excellent sound quality. They also wanted it to be portable and easy to use. Hymnal Plus provides instrumental accompaniments to thousands of hymns and praise music, to provide a solution for congregations that lack musicians. The technology is now available throughout the UK, as well as North America. For more information please visit, http://www.hymnalplus.com.
