OATI is pleased to announce the availability of OATI webCARB, a solution that eases compliance with rigorous environmental regulations.
OATI webCARB simplifies the reporting needs for Green House Gas (GHG) emissions while helping entities stay compliant with environmental regulations. OATI webCARB allows users to react to changing environmental standards with enhanced reporting of GHG emissions and renewable energy credits (RECs).
OATI webCARB is a comprehensive tool for reporting MWh totals and CO2 emissions in accordance with requirements stated by the California Environmental Protection Agency, Air Resources Board (CARB).
Based on the state’s 2006 law, known as AB 32, GHG emissions are expected to be reduced to 1990 levels by the year 2020, with an 80 percent reduction from 1990 levels by 2050.
OATI webCARB saves time and effort by employing user-specified and OATI webTag data to create reports that can be submitted to CARB with minimal or no changes.
“Heightened awareness of environmental issues has made it necessary to provide a new integrated set of applications,” said Sasan Mokhtari, President and CEO of OATI. “Our solutions make compliance with these detailed regulations easy.”
