The nature of time continues to be of high philosophical interest, and time travel is one of the most popular subjects in science. My intent is to delineate where the philosophy and the science connect.

Louis A. Del Monte’s new book, Unraveling the Universe’s Mysteries, examines the three major schools of philosophy on the nature of time, and the implications of each on the possibility of time travel. Del Monte further explains his views in his recent YouTube video, “What is time?”
Although, philosophers have debated the nature of time over thousands of years, and the scientific community is in theoretical agreement on the scientific possibility of time travel, relatively little has been done to reconcile the philosophy of time with time travel. Del Monte attempts to fill this information gap via his book and YouTube video.
“The nature of time continues to be of high philosophical interest, and time travel is one of the most popular subjects in science,” said Louis Del Monte. “My intent is to delineate where the philosophy of time and the science of time travel connect.”
