In its fifth year, the UNCF Empower Me Tour Presented by Wells Fargo targets minority college, high school and middle school students and their parents.

The UNCF Empower Me Tour Presented by Wells Fargo will bring celebrities, interactive exhibits, and more - free - to Florida Memorial University.

The UNCF Empower Me Tour Presented by Wells Fargo, a free, traveling college-and career-readiness road show will bring celebrities, interactive exhibits, seminars, and more to its fourth tour stop of the 2012-2013 season at Florida Memorial University in Miami, Florida, on Friday, February 8, 2013. A program of UNCF (United Negro College Fund), the nation’s largest and most effective minority education organization, the UNCF Empower Me Tour Presented by Wells Fargo will be hosted by Ledisi, Boris Kodjoe, Kim Coles, Lamman Rucker and Jeff Johnson. The tour targets minority middle school, high school and college students and parents, empowering them through career- and college-readiness seminars, personal development workshops and subject-matter expert- and celebrity-led panel discussions. The tour also provides assistance for students and parents around planning and saving for college, college and career success and leadership development.
