Dr. Rod Block Revolutionizes Industry with Animal Chiropractic

In his new book, “Like Chiropractic for Elephants,” Dr. Rod Block explores the evolving field of health care for animals using tales from his experience treating elephants and other creatures with animal chiropractic.

“As humans have become more distant from one another over the centuries, the animals that once were simply tools for our work have become our companions, family members and closest confidantes,” Block says.

More friends and custodians of animals are discovering how animal chiropractic can benefit their dogs, horses and, yes, elephants. People are realizing that pets, too, suffer from spinal irregularities.

With his animal chiropractic, Dr. Block – one of the pioneers in animal and zoo chiropractic – details the intriguing physical, spiritual and emotional connection he has discovered and developed between human and animal nature. After 40-plus years of working with animals, he understands their nervous systems and can explain in depth the relationship between two-legged and four-legged beings.

Dr. Block reveals how animals know what we know and that our “animal spirits” have a great deal to teach us about awareness, empathy and personal discovery. The doctor uses his uncanny ability to tune into the root cause of animal states of disease without the use of drugs or surgery.

“I sing the praises of Dr. Block, whose skill and compassion extended and improved the quality of my dear canine companion, Dakota,” writes animal activist and author Mikette Von Issenberg. “His ability to communicate with animals is uncanny. His chiropractic care helped when traditional veterinary care failed. I highly recommend that you read his book. It will change your life.”
