With only a few weeks left in the regular season, it will be interesting to see if a team can emerge and head into March Madness with some momentum.

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) February 08, 2013

With Super Bowl XLVII in the books and the football season in the rearview mirror, many sports fans are beginning to turn their attention to college basketball. March Madness 2013 is just a few weeks away and teams around the nation are jockeying for postseason positioning. To get ready for this year’s “Big Dance”, Printable Brackets has released an entire new series of conference basketball tournament brackets.

“The college basketball season tends to get pushed to the back burner due to the enormous popularity of the NFL,” said Printable Brackets spokesman Zaniel Worth. “The college basketball landscape currently has about as much parity as the NFL, so fans should be very excited about the upcoming tournaments.”

Parity has been a major storyline throughout the year. The number one-ranked team in the Associated Press poll has already lost six times this season. Indiana and Duke have each lost twice as the top-ranked squad, while Michigan and Louisville have gone down once apiece.

“There are a lot of good teams in college basketball, but a team has yet to rise above the rest and lay claim to the top ranking in the nation,” said Worth. “With only a few weeks left in the regular season, it will be interesting to see if a team can emerge and head into March Madness with some momentum.”

March Madness 2013 will mark the 75th edition of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, but the precursor will be the dozens of conference tournaments around the country. Bracket sheets for the ACC basketball tournament, Big 12 tournament, Big East tournament, Big Ten tournament and SEC tournament are now available. In addition, a special bracket sheet for the NIT tournament has been created. All of these bracket sheets are completely complimentary.

“For the millions of Americans who enjoy participating in office pools, now is the time to start studying up,” said Worth. “Our conference tournament bracket sheets can later be used as a resource guide once the ‘Big Dance’ gets underway.”
