FinFolio and Trade Warrior announced today the completion of a joint software integration project between the two technology platforms. FinFolio and Trade Warrior provide portfolio management and trade rebalancing software for financial advisors and asset management firms. The integration between the two technology companies will benefit shared clients by enabling users to seamlessly share reconciled FinFolio portfolio data with TradeWarrior for the purpose of streamlining, simplifying and enhancing rebalancing capabilities.

The primary aspects of the technology integration between FinFolio and TradeWarrior include the availability of account data, securities and classifications, transactions and tax lot data from FinFolio seamlessly accessed by TradeWarrior. Data is automatically available to TradeWarrior users by accessing the FinFolio database, thus eliminating the time-consuming import/export process. TradeWarrior software is an efficient rebalancing tool by avoiding short-term and long-term gains and detecting tax loss harvesting opportunities. Additional functionalities include quick directed trading, avoidance of wash sale violations, and the ability to select, determine, and minimize long-term taxation using optimization features. TradeWarrior also utilizes FinFolio’s patent-pending Errors & Alerts system to warn users of any potential trade violations in real time.
