“The Healing Touch” not only promises readers a paradisiacal marriage, such as the relationship Adam and Eve had in the beginning, but also provides them with the tools to get there.

“Early in my career, the lack of sound knowledge and wisdom within the church to help all of us who were struggling in our marriages was the basis for my pursuit of knowledge,” author Dave Bennett explains on the inspiration for penning his new book, “The Healing Touch” (published by CrossBooks).

“My studies enabled me to see that we were not practicing the basics of Christianity in our relationships, such as the fruit of the Spirit and agape or unconditional love,” Bennett adds. “Without these qualities in our lives, our relationship with God is not sound, and therefore, our relationships with one another will not be sound.”

“The Healing Touch” not only promises readers a paradisiacal marriage, such as the relationship Adam and Eve had in the beginning, but also provides them with the tools to get there. Bennett shares how two people can grow in Christ together and provides the scriptural means for sustaining the relationship, as well as how to resolve possible issues they may have.

“Being like-minded with God enables us to live His principles,” Bennett believes. “If two people live those principles, they can live together in harmony, love and joy. The fruit of the Spirit and unconditional love help us discern our relationship to God.”
