“We are delighted to have formed a partnership with the NAHT and be trusted with providing quality-assured services to their members,” said Nick Morrissey, commercial director of Strictly Education.
Highams Park, London (PRWEB UK) 11 February 2013
Strictly Education Limited has been appointed by the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) as its chosen provider of payroll, human resources, property and health and safety services to its membership. From 11 February, working under the NAHT Assure brand, Strictly Education will offer support services to the NAHT’s 28,500 members, all of whom hold leadership positions within schools, colleges, academies and early years’ settings. Initially the launch will be to regional pilot areas.
Strictly Education was chosen by the NAHT, following a competitive tender and assessment process, because of its wealth of experience in the education sector, dedicated helpdesk support, online tools and tailored support programs.
“We are delighted to have formed a partnership with the NAHT and be trusted with providing quality-assured services to their members,” said Nick Morrissey, commercial director of Strictly Education. “Our goal is to reduce the administration burden that comes with running educational establishments, enabling head teachers to focus on their staff, pupils and parents. After over 10 years of operating in the education sector we pride ourselves in delivering expertise, value and support and are looking forward to assisting NAHT members as they evaluate their service options.”
Traditionally payroll, human resources, property and health and safety services have been provided to schools by local authorities. NAHT Assure is now offering them as part of its promise to provide its members with a range of services that have been designed by education specialists for education specialists. In short it takes the risk of selecting a new supplier away from school leaders.
Russell Hobby, general secretary of the NAHT, said: “We want our members to be able to focus on the most important part of their job, teaching. Through NAHT Assure and working with Strictly Education, we will take on the function of quality assurance, using our national 'clout' to ensure that services are delivered in the interests of each school and its students."
Clare Cochrane, NAHT director of commercial and member services, also commented: “Strictly Education was selected because of its extensive knowledge of the workings and requirements of the education sector. NAHT Assure is committed to supporting our members with a quality assured range of professional services and we are looking forward to working with Strictly Education to deliver services that represent outstanding value for money.”
Strictly Education was formed in 2002 and now provides payroll, finance, human resources, property, health and safety, technology and staffing services to over 1,000 schools and academies in over 100 local authorities throughout the UK from four offices in London, Milton Keynes, Croydon and Barnsley.
