The start of 2013 marks a major strategic shift in Annese & Associates, Inc.’s corporate business strategy as the company evolves its product-led sales approach into a services-led structure. Annese has concentrated its core competencies into two defined technology practices; Collaboration and Data Center Virtualization.

With the steady growth in Annese’s managed services development and demand since 2009, implementing this new business model will strategically position the organization for the future, improve its bottom line profitability, and further distinguish Annese from its competitors. To date, Annese’s Data Center Virtualization Practice is its fastest growing area of business.

Annese has identified two practice managers to provide focus and clarity around each sales/service competency and promote internal subject matter experts within each concentration.

Executive leadership has streamlined to include the CFO, Joe LoRe; Director of Marketing, Kara Rudy; VP of Services, Jamie Aiello; Chief of Staff, Maura Peddle; and newly hired VP of Sales, Steve Heath; each reporting to the President.
