Dr. Robert Emery and Dr. James Ryan, Diplomates of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons at the Capital Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (CCOMFS) announce that Dr. Ryan is offering free consultations to individuals who would benefit from more information on dental implants in the Washington, DC area.

"We want to help more Washington, DC area residents love their smiles this Valentine's Day," says Dr. Ryan.

The Capital Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is offering free dental implant consultations and will credit the cost of the initial i-Cat 3-D imaging (X-Rays) to any patient who schedules and completes the procedure.

Dr. Emery is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is actively involved in training oral and maxillofacial surgery residents at the Washington Hospital Center. He is on the staff of the Children's Hospital National Medical Center, George Washington University Hospital and Sibley Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Emery has devoted his professional career to all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with special interests in the treatment of dental implants, impacted teeth, orthognathic surgery, and delivery of the highest quality sedation and anesthesia services.

Dr. Ryan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and also a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He holds hospital affiliations at Washington Hospital Center, Children's National Medical Center, National Institute of Health, George Washington University Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Ryan remains devoted to research and education by maintaining an active role in training the residents at the Washington Hospital Center and at the NIH/NIDCR.

Dr. Ryan's clinical and research interests are focused in robotic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) diseases and maxillofacial pathology. Additionally, he has a particular interest in the reconstructive phases related to tooth loss, pathology and trauma.
