Quorum Review IRB, an AAHRPP accredited ethics review board, today announced that they have appointed Tom Favillo to the position of Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Favillo brings to Quorum over 20 years of experience leading service operations and call centers. Mr. Favillo’s operational expertise will help Quorum identify and improve under-performing processes while increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing call center performance.
