Watertown, MA, February 12, 2013 – Liaison International, LLC, a leading provider of integrated software, services and data offerings for professional and educational associations, universities, and accrediting agencies, today announced key promotions in its flagship Centralized Application Services (“CAS”) group.
The CAS solution, which Liaison pioneered more than 15 years ago, allows professional and educational associations to optimize and deliver application services to their member schools by providing a complete solution that manages the administrative functions of the admissions process, freeing admissions officers to focus on evaluations of, and higher-level interactions with, applicants.

In these newly created positions, experienced CAS leaders are focused on improving and managing the relationship between Liaison and its association and school partners. The Directors of Application Services will be dedicated resources providing enhanced support to our clients as well as facilitating program utilization. The addition of the Manager of CAS Operations position will provide a consistent and comprehensive management solution to the functional areas within CAS while providing the Directors of Application Services with the ability and bandwidth to focus exclusively on the needs of our association partners, schools, programs, and applicants.
The newly promoted team members are:
•Ryan Bannister – Director of Application Services. Ryan has been at Liaison since May 2008, where he has been responsible for management of our Dental Association relationships, including its Postdoctoral Application Support Service, Centralized Application for Advanced Placement of International Dentists, and Associated American Dental Schools Application Service, in addition to the American Physical Therapy Association, among others. Ryan will work closely with the ADEA on the launch of its new Dental Hygiene CAS in 2013. He has a BA from the University of Connecticut.
•Ann M. Donnelly – Director of Application Services. Ann has been at Liaison since July 2005 and has served several of our CAS clients during her tenure. Presently, her responsibilities include supporting the Physician Assistant Education Association, the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine, the American Chiropractic Association, the Association of Schools of Public Health, and the Council of Academic Programs in Communication Science and Disorders. Ann previously managed Liaison’s Scanning Department. She has a BS degree from Nazareth College and an MBA from Wilkes University.
•Robert Montgomery – Director of Application Services. Rob has been at Liaison as a manager of application services since June 2009. Rob manages all of our internship & residency applications, including the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists and the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers. Robert previously managed our Customer Service team and is a former sergeant in the US Army.
•Tania Zavarelli – Director of Application Services. Tania has been at Liaison since July 2009 and manages supports the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. She previously managed Liaison’s Verification Services. She has a BS degree from Lasell College as well as an MS in Human Resources.
•Gregory Hoffman – Manager of CAS Operations. Greg has been at Liaison since June 2010, most recently serving in the capacity of CAS Coordinator for the Association of Schools of Public Health and the Association of Accredited Naturopathic Medical Colleges, as well as assisting in the management of our customer service team. He has a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts.
