McKissock Offers New Jersey Real Estate Sales Agents and Brokers Four Ways to Avoid Continuing Education Fine

Due to a recent rule change by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC), all New Jersey real estate licensees must complete twelve hours of education by June 30, 2013. Professional education provider McKissock LP is offering required real estate continuing education courses in four different formats to accommodate the roughly 55,000 New Jersey real estate professionals who face license expiration.

As part of this recent change, New Jersey real estate agents and brokers must now take twelve hours of continuing education, six of the hours being mandatory topics and at least two of them in Ethics. All twelve hours must be completed before April 30, 2013 to avoid a $200 fine, and by June 30 to avoid license expiration.

McKissock LP, a professional education company based in Pennsylvania, is offering four ways for real estate licensees to take their classes: online, live seminars/classroom, webinars, and correspondence.
