On February 11, 2013, co-hosts Stone Payton and Lee Kantor discussed cloud services with Bryan Tate from Digitel Corporation.

Bryan Tate is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer for Digitel Corporation, a Georgia-based IT Solutions Company, providing cloud services, datacenter, virtualization, data storage, unified communications and network infrastructure solutions to mid-market business customers, and wireless solutions to rural municipalities. Tate founded Digitel in 1983 in Atlanta to provide telecommunications systems design, sales, installation, and services for the small to mid market business customers. Digitel has since grown to serve over 12,000 business customers in nine markets primarily in the Southeastern United States.

According to Tate, Digitel first started in analog communication, and has evolved over the years into digital communication which now encompasses cloud-based technology. Critical to Digitel's cloud services is their work in disaster recovery. Explained Tate, "Customers want to make sure their information is safe and secure, and if they do have a disaster, that they can recover data quickly."

Cloud services allow companies to have secure data center storage, giving them enhanced security, improved worker mobility and control over expenses. Tate said, “Digitel is focused on providing next generation hosted and premise based technology in the converged communications solutions marketplace.” This ranges from traditional telephone systems to professionally hosted and managed IP communication solutions.
