Human Resources Outsourcing Magazine and HRO Today named Hireology #1 in the “quality of service” category in their 2013 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for Talent Management Software.

“Hireology differentiates itself by the quality of its customer experience. The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating is based on customer satisfaction surveys and feedback from buyers of talent management software services. HRO Today uses a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, and then calculates a score in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. In addition to being ranked first in quality of service, Hireology was ranked fifth overall, and fifth in the breadth of features category.

Hireology’s overall ranking was based on scope of features, market environment (size of the installations the provider typically has with the reviewed suite or product) and quality of service.
