New York may still forbid the MMA from fighting it out at Madison Square Garden but Sapphire New York welcomes the sport, the fans, and the expo. Sapphire New York is the after party for the MMA World Expo on Saturday Febrary 16th. Besides the over 100 potential ring girls who will be present, the party will be hosted by UFC’s Nate Diaz and Jamie Varner.

Sapphire New York has become a favorite destination to watch the MMA fights. With a 60 square foot TV and 30 TVs around the entire premise, sprinkle a hundred aspiring ring girls and a slew of MMA fighters and they have the recipe for a memorable night. “We are fight fans and are excited about the MMA World Expo.
