Model N Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Model N, Inc., a provider of revenue management solutions for the life science and technology industries, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Pacific Crest Securities, LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
