These new models will deliver incredible value for years to come and, combined with the Elfiq App Optimizer, will become a silver bullet to resolve IT bandwidth issues.

Elfiq Networks has announced the release of the company’s three new models, the LB-600b, designed for the SMB market, the LBX2600, designed for medium to large organizations, and the LBX5500, designed for global organizations and large datacenters.

The Elfiq LB-600B Link Balancer is an attractive option for the small or medium business market because of its total throughput of 110Mbps, its ability to deliver enterprise-class bandwidth management and the optional Elfiq App Optimizer, which will add application-level traffic shaping to maximize investments.

The Elfiq LBX2600 offers a strategic     choice for organizations looking to manage larger bandwidth requirements with its capacity to handle up to 2Gbps, along with its ability to redistribute traffic across multiple sites with Elfiq’s Global Geolink and shape bandwidth with the optional Elfiq App Optimizer.

The Elfiq LBX5500 delivers enterprise-level bandwidth management to larger organizations with its ability to handle up to 4Gbps of throughput. With organizational datacenter demands expanding every year, this model will prove to be a strategic long-term investment.

“The new Elfiq Link Balancer models released today are strategic choices for today and tomorrow given the higher demand for online services,” said JP Hebert, Vice President of Business Development at Elfiq Networks. “These new models will deliver incredible value for years to come and, combined with the Elfiq App Optimizer, will become a silver bullet to resolve IT bandwidth issues.”

The LB-600B and LBX2600 are available as of February 18, 2013 and the LBX5500 will be available on March 4, 2013.

Elfiq Networks’ link balancers enable organizations to utilize multiple concurrent ISP circuits to prevent Internet connectivity downtime and improve overall access performance. With more Internet-based applications and services being used in organizations every day, proper access to the Internet has become a critical asset for normal business operations, where loss of connectivity or ISP link saturation can result in lost revenue.
