Recently launched student resource, Approved Colleges is growing fast and is proud to announce the first iteration of their ambitious goal of cataloging all online schools and programs. In this first major release, Approved Colleges has added to their online database a wealth of information including full knowledge resources on 581 schools and 1,294 degree programs.

These entries include extensive article summaries covering the full scope of information on each school that would be relevant to a prospective student and include important data points such as Accreditation, Religious Affiliation and Total Enrollments and Tuition Costs. Each entry is designed to provide students with a rounded and factually accurate insight into the institution they're researching so they can make an informed decision.

In addition to tackling schools, Approved Colleges has set their sights even higher and has added over 1,200 entries covering online degrees and programs. These more specific entries allow students to read a summary of the program as well as learn more about specifics including Credit Hours to Complete, Program Requirements and Special Accreditation held by the institution for that program.

However, online education doesn't simply stop at degree programs and large universities. For students seeking specific training from skill-based courses, Approved Colleges has already slated their next addition of 300 online courses covering topics ranging from application subjects like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to broad career skills like Accounting and Writing; the course selection will even include various language courses such as Spanish and French.

Ultimately, Approved Colleges aims to catalog data on every available online education institution and degree program. In total, the company plans to have 2,500 schools and colleges listed with degrees and programs surpassing 13,000. This of course does not even begin to explore the robust student resources that already features and updates daily with dozens of comprehensive articles covering subjects such as Accreditation, Financial Aid and Job Placement.
