Street Toyota-Scion sponsored the Vietnamese New Year’s Celebration on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the Vietnamese Celebration.

“We were very happy to sponsor the event this year,” Mike Good, Street Toyota-Scion General Manager said. “We always want to help out the community, and this event was a great way for us to get involved.”

Street Toyota-Scion decorated two of their Scion iQ’s like lions and placed them in front of the community center on Sunday so people could take pictures of themselves and the cars.

“Everyone enjoyed the cars and the kids loved taking pictures with them,” Kevin Liu, Street Toyota-Scion Director of Training and Development said. “

Street Toyota-Scion also gave out red envelopes with money inside to children under the age of fifteen.

“The purpose of the red envelopes is to bring good luck to the New Year,” Liu said. “It all goes back to tradition so every little thing we do is for a reason.”
