The Institute for Excellence in Sales & Business Development (IES&BD) is pleased to announce that sales prospecting guru Steve Richard will present “9 Things You Don’t Know About Prospecting (from Cold Calling or Marketing Leads)” on February 22, at 730am at the USA Today/Gannett Building in McLean, VA. The IES&BD regularly sponsors programs for selling professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region. It is recognized as a center for sales operational excellence and best practices.

At the program, Richard will share his in-depth research on prospecting and creating new sales opportunities. Richard promises that selling professionals will leave the program with 9 new tactics to implement that will help them land more new business and cross-sell into buying centers at existing accounts.
