San Francisco-based multicultural advertising agency Améredia was recognized with a Gold International AVA Digital Award for its social marketing campaign for Harris Freeman. The agency competed alongside 2000 international participants and received the award for the social marketing of Tea India®, a consumer brand of Harris Tea Co®, promoting the launch of its new product line Tea India® Chai Moments™.

Améredia managed the North American brand launch for the popular British tea beverage in the South Asian community. The Award winning marketing campaign was lead by the Facebook social platform utilizing an innovative mix of social promotions offering culturally relevant incentives to drive followers, brand awareness and sales. Promotions and advertising were optimized to work seamlessly across diverse demographics. The campaign resulted in 583.60% increase in consumer engagement and increased retail sales for the brand.
