On Feb.23, Koko FitClub, the state-of-the-art workout center in the Champions area will be hosting an open house to introduce Houstonians to a simple way to get fit and stay healthy. Sunny 99.1 will be broadcasting on site from 2-4pm and healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided by MyFitFoods.

The goal of the event is to educate the community on a way to incorporate exercise and nutrition into their already busy lives. Dubbed “the future of fitness” by The Los Angeles Times, Koko offers a fast, effective, technology-fueled way to exercise and eat right.

The Champions facility will be open on the 23rd for people to come by and get a free demonstration of the system or they can schedule a complimentary training session. Free gifts will be available just for stopping by and valuable incentives and additional gifts are available to those who are ready to become a member.
