As a finalist for Best Client Service, Best Candidate Care and Best Large Recruitment Agency to Work For, Sanctuary Personnel has been recognised for its outstanding achievements within three of the most coveted categories.

Speaking of the announcement made by event organiser Recruiter magazine, managing director James Rook said:

“We are delighted to be on the shortlist for three Recruiter awards, building on our success at last year’s event. The recognition is a testament to the tremendous work ethic of our staff, which is greatly appreciated by our clients, candidates and us as a company. This past year has seen some of our greatest achievements as Sanctuary has continued to improve, expand and innovate within the social work sector. We are really looking forward to the ceremony in May and have our fingers crossed for a win!”

Sanctuary Personnel, which is the most accredited and largest privately owned social work recruitment company in the UK, works with 187 of the 203 councils, stretching from the Orkney Islands to the Isles of Scilly. The company is also a preferred supplier of qualified social workers to the NSPCC, Cafcass and SSAFA on a national level.

Last year, the judges praised Sanctuary Personnel for continuing to develop solutions that are in their clients’ best interests. Going beyond conventional recruitment services, the company directly delivers adult and children’s statutory social work and social care on a payment by results model, working in partnership with central government and numerous councils to help them reduce costs and improve the quality of existing service levels.

The full shortlist of entrants for the Recruiter’s Awards for Excellence has been published in Recruiter magazine. The winners of the 29 categories will be announced at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair on Wednesday, 1st May 2013.
