The Challenge the Standard program will run through the end of 2013, so new customers will have the opportunity to participate as well.
Minneapolis and St Paul, Minnesota (PRWEB) February 18, 2013
For over 80 years, Standard Heating & Air Conditioning has provided quality repair, maintenance and installation services on many models of HVAC systems to local residents throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. One of the keys to the company’s continued success over the years has been its strong dedication to providing excellent customer service to each of its customers. It openly welcomes customer feedback for all of its Minneapolis and St Paul heating and cooling services, and it uses customer feedback to refine its service for future customers. Most recently, it has taken an additional step to encourage customers to provide feedback while also helping the local community. Its Challenge the Standard campaign is raising money for charity in exchange for customer reviews.
The Challenge the Standard campaign is simple and easy to participate in. Anyone who has received St Paul or Minneapolis heating and air conditioning services from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning is encouraged to participate. The Challenge invites customers to submit a review online through the Standard Heating & Air Conditioning website, and in exchange for the customer’s time, the company will donate $25 to the customer’s choice of local non-profit organizations.
Standard Heating & Air Conditioning strives to accomplish two goals through this campaign. First, The New York Times reports, as many as 30 percent of online reviews are fake. Because this system encourages customers to submit reviews into the company website, the company has the ability to confirm whether the reviewer is a true customer who has received air conditioning or furnace repair in Minneapolis or St Paul in the past. This will help the company to improve its level of service while also helping customers to learn more about the company by reading legitimate reviews. The second goal of the Challenge the Standard campaign is to raise $10,000 for local organizations and to give back to the community.
Any person who has received air conditioning or furnace repair in St Paul or Minneapolis recently can participate in the challenge. Standard Heating & Air Conditioning services residents in surrounding towns like Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Woodbury, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Blaine, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Edina and St Louis Park. All customers are invited to participate. When the customer submits a review on the company’s website, they can indicate which charity they would like the company to make a donation to. The options include Pet Haven, Minnesota Public Radio, American Red Cross, Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Senior Community Services and Bridging.
When asked how long the challenge will go, Standard Heating & Air Conditioning said, “The Challenge the Standard program will run through the end of 2013, so new customers will have the opportunity to participate as well.” The Challenge the Standard program is an excellent way for customers to know that they are contributing to the local community in a positive way. Furthermore, the Challenge tells customers of Standard Heating & Air Conditioning that their comments truly matter and are highly valued.
