We are constantly looking for ways to improve our website and we believe this represents yet another way of doing so.

Rugmerchant Online Limited, the company behind Rugmerchant.co.uk, has unveiled some fundamental new website features that will make it easier for customers to search and navigate around the site.

The changes come in the form of two new banners, one that, when clicked, will list all of the best-selling rugs available on the site, whilst the other will show budget rugs, the more affordable products on the site. These banners have been created based on feedback from customers on what they wanted to see and statistics of what users were searching for. It is hoped that they will improve search functionality and allow customers to find what they are looking for much quicker.

Rugmerchant Online Limited re-launched its website late in 2012 but has been trading since 1999. They sell rugs from industry names such as Louis de Poortere and Mastercraft and have online shops on both eBay and Amazon.co.uk. They also offer made-to-measure rugs and a personal shopper experience in which a specialist can visit a customer’s home to discuss which rugs will be best suited to their home.

Louise Gornall, partner at Rugmerchant Online Limited, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our customers an improved way of finding the products they want on our website. These two banners represent what we think, and what customers have told us, will benefit people looking for rugs the most. Customers can see our best-selling rugs to see what other people are buying and also see the most affordable rugs we stock. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our website and we believe this represents yet another way of doing so.”
