President Eva Buziecki says, “This season’s dresses embrace some of the same looks seen on the runways.”

Bari Jay has been designing wedding apparel for over 30 years and is noted for their on-trend styles. House of Brides predicts the Spring 2013 bridesmaid dresses will continue to be among the top requested styles of wedding parties.

While many bridesmaid designers opt for proven silhouettes and details, Bari Jay sets itself apart with its keen translation of current fashion. As President Eva Buziecki says, “This season’s dresses embrace some of the same looks seen on the runways.”

One influence is Lace. The designer uses Lace as an overlay for several dresses including standout number 650.

Color-blocking is carrying over from a successful reintroduction in Fall 2012. Styles such as number 676 bring the trend to bridal parties.

Sheer looks are especially prevalent for Spring. Bari Jay uses Chiffon to create illusion skirts like number 662 and bodices like number 679.

The new collection also features decade inspired gowns and popular knee length skirts. Bridesmaid dresses are available for special order in sizes 2 – 16 and plus sizes 18 – 28W and in a variety of colors.

Bari Jay’s entire bridesmaid collection is available on House of Brides’ website. Samples are also available at the retailer’s Chicagoland salons. To find a salon nearest you, see Locations & Hours.
