Wright, began his career in Marketing, but quickly found a love for sales, and transitioned seamlessly into the role of Senior Account Manager for a National Background Screening company. During his tenure, Wright developed relationships and partnerships with diverse businesses across the Southeastern United States.
Throughout the course of his 7+ years in the background screening industry, Ben garnered the ability to identify gaps in an employer's risk mitigation practices and provide the anticipatory service needed to assist them in becoming and remaining compliant in their hiring practices.

Ben has a double major in Communications and Political Science from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
