February offers up a list of specials at Dough Bro’s Italian Kitchen and two new items have been added to the menu.

Dough Bro’s Italian Kitchen, a restaurant that serves build-your-own pizzas in Dallas, is announcing their February Specials list. Dough Bro’s allows diners to choose fresh toppings and ingredients for their pizzas, calzones, and salads at the counter or in the “Assembly Zone.” The Dough Bro’s team will then assemble the meal and serve it hot.

February brings weekly specials and some new menu items at Dough Bro’s. Monday has half price appetizers. On Tuesday there are $1 pints. Wednesday is wing day, with .50 cent wings. Diners can choose from any of the four flavors. On Thursday diners can get one entrée free when they buy three. Sunday’s game day special is $10 large pizzas.

In the “Assembly Zone,” customers can now choose Gluten Free Sweet Potato crusts for their pizzas. As one of their delicious extras, Dough Bro’s is also cooking up hand cut vinegar fries.

Customers can dine-in and watch their meal be put together with their own eyes, or they can order online at the Dough Bro’s website. Dough Bro’s also offers pizza delivery.
