Team leaders from social CRM Batchbook, this week will travel down the East Coast to one of their favorite cities, Atlanta, to share straight talk and small business insights at two events geared at business leaders. Pamela O’Hara, CEO and Co-founder of Batchbook, will talk at Founder Fables while Christelle Lachapelle, Batchbook’s brand manager, will jump into the discussions at Barcamp Atlanta’s un-conference. Both hope to show, as one part of their visit, that the “social” in social CRM does not just stand for social media, but social interaction with customers, partners, business associates and friends.
Also, if you are in Atlanta but can’t make it to the the events, Tweet us @batchbook and we will set up a coffee connection for you!
