On Sunday, February 17th, 2013, Premier Estate Properties and Land Rover Palm Beach co-hosted and showcased Harbour View Estates. Harbour View Estates has an extremely unique history of resident owners. Initially purchased and developed by the grandson of William H. Vanderbilt, Seward Webb Jr., the property was sold in 1957 by typewriter heiress, Gladys Underwood, and again sold to third-generation shipyard magnate John Caddell II.
