In his new position, Sleight leverages more than 20 years of experience in client relationship development, customer solutions delivery, and strategic business development. He joins a growing team of strategists at Connect who improve knowledge and awareness in healthcare professionals regarding product value propositions and women’s health education. Sleight will report to the President of Connect, Jenny Day.

Sleight is a 1994 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and has spent nearly 20 years in business development and client solution strategies spanning multiple industries. Sleight recently held the position of Vice President of Business Development for CommGeniX, LLC, where he was a member of the senior management team and influenced the strategic direction of business development initiatives and assessing/adapting product offerings to meet the needs of the healthcare industry. Previously he was Director of International Services for Nordic American AS in Oslo, Norway, where he provided strategic defense advisory services to American companies pursuing business opportunities in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
