CareSource Reaffirms Support for Kasich’s Medicaid Extension Proposal

Governor John Kasich’s compassion for Ohio’s most vulnerable citizens is to be applauded.

CareSource, a non-profit Medicaid managed care plan, applauds Governor Kasich’s decision to support the extension of the Medicaid program in Ohio. In response to the Governor’s State of the State address tonight, Pamela Morris, President and CEO at CareSource, released the following statement:

The extension of Medicaid is supported by some of Ohio’s largest business associations because they understand that healthier Ohioans are an essential part of our overall economic competitiveness. Again this evening Governor Kasich demonstrated his commitment to transforming health care in our State."
