Interaction data collected through APIs can track payment type, behavior and reviews to create customer profiles that become reportable records, giving a 360 degree perspective on customers and products. This data seeks to answer the questions: where are my customers, how are they shopping, how are they spending their time and money, and how can we better serve their needs?

The apps “remember” their customers, collecting data on clicking behavior to recommend similar products.
