It has been providing solutions and applications on the Microsoft SharePoint platform since February 2003. Customers use CorasWorks to manage projects, portfolios, and programs on SharePoint and for a variety of other business solutions, including idea and innovation management, stage-gate business processes, proposal management, IDIQ task order management, and help desk and ticketing systems.

Over the past 10 years, CorasWorks has continually adapted to meet the needs of a changing and more sophisticated SharePoint market. Initial products consisted of web parts that provided functionality that was not available in native SharePoint. It’s Roll-Up Web Part set the industry standard for cross-list, cross-site, and cross-site-collection aggregation of data and information and is still considered one of the best tools available for that purpose.

CorasWorks’ evolution from a web part provider to a leading provider of business solutions and applications on SharePoint has included building more functional software solutions, such as Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) for managing projects, portfolios, and programs on SharePoint, CorasWorks Idea & Innovation Management (CIM) for social business applications on SharePoint, and a Help Desk and Ticketing System for SharePoint.

These give customers a more developed solution that better meets their demands and requirements. More recently, CorasWorks has been building and implementing many custom-built solutions based on the CorasWorks Software Platform (v11), which is designed to speed the development and delivery of solutions and applications on SharePoint.

CorasWorks uses these software products as a key differentiator to deliver its customer solutions and applications on SharePoint. Solutions have been delivered to Fortune 500, Federal (DoD and Civilian), Federal contractor, and association/non-profit customers.
