Each round will receive comprehensive television coverage, ensuring a massive opportunity for exposure for Green Apple

Chris Dockerall will be taking to the wheel to compete in the Cup with a fully blazoned Green Apple Ferrari. The car has been sprayed a bright, attention-grabbing green and will feature Green Apple’s website URL and logo to raise awareness of the brand. Iain Dockerall, Chris’ father, will also be competing in a Porsche at the event, so there will be plenty of friendly family rivalry to keep spectators entertained as the season progresses.
The GT Cup was born out of the need for a friendly yet professionally organised multi-marque sprint race in the UK. Established in 2007 by Mark Haynes, the event allows owner drivers to compete in a season of twelve rounds at various racing tracks around the country, including the prestigious Silverstone and Donington Park grids. The GT Cup has grown a huge following throughout the last six years and became an official Championship in 2010 after being sanctioned by the Motor Sports Association (MSA).
The Cup is sponsored by a number of big industry names, including Pirelli and MotorSport Vision Racing, and each round will receive comprehensive television coverage, ensuring a massive opportunity for exposure for Green Apple and any other businesses that wish to use their cars to advertise their services. But marketing strategies aside, Green Apple’s Managing Director Stephen MacVicar is looking forward to seeing how the races unfold. He and his team will of course be rooting for Chris throughout the event and will be the first to announce his progress once the Cup gets off to an explosive start at Donington on 27th April 2013.
