The seminar featured the experienced agent going step-by-step through the short selling process using his many years of experience to simplify the process. Lindahl used a major bank's guidelines and requirements when discussing what to expect from the bank or lender during the process.

Following the presentation Lindahl held an hour long Q&A session in which he addressed personal and general real estate concerns.
