Killeen, Texas (PRWEB) February 21, 2013
According to a press release published by the Killeen Police Department on April 26, 2012, the 39-year-old Fort Hood soldier was critically injured when he was struck by a passenger vehicle while traveling westbound on Stan Schlueter Loop on April 25, 2012. The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike and was transported to Scott & White Hospital via helicopter. He later passed away as a result of injuries sustained in the motorcycle accident in Killeen, The Carlson Law Firm said (Claim no. 53-126M-845, 169th Judicial District)..
The original KPD press release reported that the passenger vehicle involved attempted to make a left turn in front of the motorcyclist, provoking a collision.
The motorcyclist was survived by a son, represented by accident attorney, Scott Crivelli.
“While we were able to help the victim of this tragic motorcycle accident continue to provide for his son, long after his passing, there is no amount of financial relief that can bring this young boy’s father back,” said Managing Partner, Craig Carlson. “But we hope that by holding negligent drivers responsible for injuries and loss, that we can bring attention to the real consequences of carelessness on our roads.”
