Free interactive panel discussion to offer practical solutions for powerful results

The Continental Group (TCG), a FirstService Residential Management company, is hosting a free seminar designed to improve the marketability of both condominium and homeowners’ associations on Tuesday, March 12. The event will take place at the Jupiter Ocean Grande, located at 131 Ocean Grande Boulevard in Jupiter, Fl. A continental breakfast will be served and registration will take place at 10:00 a.m. A panel discussion featuring subject-matter experts will follow at 10:30 a.m. Topical information in key areas that impact prospective buyers’ perceptions of a community association will be addressed. This includes improving a community’s curb appeal and the value of enhancing its amenities and services. This seminar is open to all residents and board members of community associations.

Panelists will include Ryan Copple from the law firm of Ryan S. Copple, P.A., Mark Jacobsen form DSBoca Landscape Architects & Planners, Mark Meckly from Preferred Residential Properties and Christopher L. Pappas and Gary Pyott from The Continental Group.
