New Mercedes A45 AMG
Stevenage, London, UK (PRWEB UK) 23 February 2013
There are a lot of features to be found in the new A45 AMG, including a 2 litre, 4-cylinder turbo engine that is capable of 133 kW. There is a twin-scroll turbocharger that is used to respond to the challenges of a small turbo engine. This technology provides more charge pressure build-up and has a lot of torque without revving the engine too much.
The fuel consumption of the A45 cannot go unnoticed, despite the high performance engine. It is one of the leaders in fuel consumption, running on about 6.9 liters per 100 kilometres, if run in NEDC combined mode.
The sporty Mercedes-Benz also features a 7-speed sports transmission. High-end engineering is found throughout the transmission, with is a SPEEDSHIFT DCT-7 transmission. There are key software modules developed within the transmission and with three driving programmes to choose from, drivers will be able to see the difference and feel the power as they drive.
As you'll see from the Mercedes A45 AMG images all this vehicles aggressiveness isn't just found under the bonnet. The new Mercedes A45 AMG is a powerful machine to look at from the outside as well. There’s a twin blade radiator grille to stare at from the front and also a cross strut in the front apron. Both are in a matte titanium gray to add to a fierce look and on the win, there is “TURBO AMG” printed to tell others what they should already know when they see the car going down the road. In the back, there are air outlet openings in matte gray coming out of the rear apron as well as two chrome-plated tailpipes in a square design.
It only gets better on the interior. The A45 AMG is outfitted with a lot of the common Mercedes-Benz hallmarks, including comfortable, adjustable bucket seats and a dashboard full of electronics. A multifunction steering wheel keeps the driver occupies and there is man-made leather covering the wheel and the seats. Shift paddles are present next to the wheel and a carbon-fibre look encompasses the interior, including the dashboard.
Drivers will be able to enjoy themselves on the road due to the power, torque and suspension of this small car as well as because of the other internal features. There’s a multispeaker sound system, Bluetooth and many other bells and whistles throughout the interior.
A lot of technology has gone into the new Mercedes and it is evident in every aspect of the vehicle – from the engine to the transmission and even what’s found on the dashboard of the A45.
L&L Automotive will be featuring the new Mercedes A45 AMG at their dealerships, offering interested motorists the opportunity to test drive the marvel that this model is quickly becoming.
