Scott Bylewski, attorney at the Law Offices of William Mattar, will be co-presenting a Mediation of Personal Injury Cases program that qualifies for Continuing Legal Education credits. The program, hosted at the University at Buffalo’s Law School, offers 2.5 NYS CLE credits; 2.0 in Professional Practice, and .5 in Ethics and Professionalism.
Bylewski will be speaking along with Richard F. Griffin, Esq., to cover a variety of information pertaining to mediation of personal injury cases. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about mediator preparation, procedures, ethical issues, and more, and have the chance to ask questions of the presenters.
The program is free to Law Students, and $25 for those who are part of the Law Alumni Association. All others pay an attendance fee of $50 for the 3-hour program.
