New web site designed to improve the customer experience

CM First Group today announced the launch of their redesigned corporate web site. The new site is designed to make it easier for customers to better understand the CM First offerings and to improve the product support experience.

CEO Christoph Heinrich says, “CM First invested in a new web site to help our customers and prospects quickly understand our value proposition. Our charter is to help businesses modernize their applications. We offer software, but to truly address the needs in this area, we also provide technical services, consulting, education, and customized application development. Our new web site better represents our mission.”

The new site highlights products and services, as well as introducing two initiatives, “Application Modernization” and “Future Proof 2E Applications.” With a goal of simplifying the complexity of application modernization, CM First created initiatives that represent complete solutions including software and services to fulfill customer requirements. In addition, the new product support site offers multi-channel access to product support and product resources, via smart phone, tablet, browser, or traditional dial in / voice and chat. The system is also accessible to people with disabilities per Federal Information Technology Accessibility Initiative guidelines.

“We look forward to engaging more directly with our customers in the future," CTO John Rhodes comments. “Look for more technical blogs in the future and opportunities for customers to respond to us and help set our direction. We envision that our site can be used as a resource for organizations looking to modernize legacy code base”
