Mr. Kingcade was admitted to practice in Florida in 1970. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in 1967. In 1970, he graduated first in his class from Stetson University with his J.D., cum laude.

He is a member of the Palm Beach County and American (Member, Litigation Section) Bar Associations; the Florida Bar (Member, Sections on: Trial Lawyers; Family Law; Real Property and Probate); the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is also a Board Certified Mediator.
