There are no new stressful thoughts. They’re all recycled.

The new series, “At Home with Byron Katie,” will be presented in person and as a live webcast one Saturday a month from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. PT. These intimate gatherings allow on-site participants to do The Work with Katie on issues ranging from mild dissatisfaction to major trauma. And since all stressful thoughts are universal, as Katie does The Work with one person, everyone benefits.

The Work consists of four questions and the turnarounds, which are a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe. When a stressful thought is questioned, it is possible to see beyond it, to the intelligent choices that are available. Millions of people have found happiness by undoing their stressful thoughts through this process of self-inquiry, allowing the mind to return to its true, peaceful, creative nature.
