Tokio Marine Europe further strengthens underwriting capabilities

As part of a continuing commitment to developing its underwriting capabilities, Tokio Marine Europe Insurance (TMEI) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Underwriters to further strengthen its UK team.

Stuart Wolstenholme joins the London Underwriting Team in the position of Senior Underwriter Property and Liability.

Stuart has a wealth of experience, joining TMEI from QBE (previously BRIT Insurance) and bringing with him over 12 years of insurance experience. Stuart has extensive knowledge in many niche areas such as media, which will aid in the development of new areas of the business. Originally from South Africa, Stuart began his UK career in 2004 and is ACII qualified through the Insurance Institute of South Africa.

Clark Gardiner joins TMEI’s newly formed Construction Team as Underwriter based in Manchester. Clark joins TMEI from RSA, where he spent the last five years underwriting construction risks. The Manchester team will operate as a centre of underwriting excellence for Construction insurance for TMEI’s London and regional operations.
