“An extra thousand dollars can often be crucial when planning your wedding"

Sweet Violet Bride, a leading wedding blog for nature-loving brides, this week announced the Dream Wedding Essay Contest, an opportunity for brides & grooms to win $1,000 for the wedding of their dreams. The SVB Dream Wedding Essay Contest allows entrants to submit an essay of up to 400 words about how they would use the prize.

“An extra thousand dollars can often be crucial when planning your wedding,” said wedding expert and Sweet Violet Bride founder Naomi Farr. “It might mean the difference when booking your ideal venue, ordering locally grown and organic flowers, or ensuring that a special friend can fly in to attend. I encourage entrants to get creative with their essays. We want to hear how you would uniquely use the thousand dollars to help make your dream wedding a reality.”

Entries must be received by May 1st, 2013 and a winner will be announced on or around May 17th.

The Dream Wedding Essay Contest is the perfect way to celebrate the first anniversary of the swiftly growing Sweet Violet Bride. “We’re so please to provide this opportunity, and will have more exciting announcements in the near future,” said Naomi Farr.
