In addition to Purchasing, Rosalia will work with the architecture and design teams to manage material specifications to ensure GreenWorld’s high-strength, low-cost product goals are met.
During her long career in the construction industry, Rosalia has held positions ranging from Field Superintendent to Business Development Manger to VP of Purchasing for one of the nation’s largest home builders, Lennar Homes. In addition to purchasing and procurement skills, Rosalia has extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as contract negotiations, inventory control, cost analysis, OSHA compliance, and construction supervision and training.
