Based on customer feedback, significant new features are being added to AMC’s next generation OpenCTI Adapter, including broader support for self-service and IVR integration, and improved routing based on agent availability, skills and customer segmentation. Expanded browser support and easier deployment will also be featured in this new release. Late last year, AMC announced support for Salesforce OpenCTI interface, a clientless version of Salesforce’s successful CTI Toolkit interface.
