Lane End, Buckinghamshire (PRWEB) February 28, 2013
The Pavilion at Lane End – one of only a few venues in Buckinghamshire licensed to host outdoor weddings – celebrates its fifth year of al fresco weddings.
The venue has seen a steady rise in demand since first being licensed in 2008.
“Demand for outdoor wedding ceremonies has risen on average by 60 per cent year on year,” said Pavilion Sales and Marketing Manager Heni Fourie.
This year is set to be no different with all the couples booked at The Pavilion opting for outdoor weddings in its romantic Garden Gazebo.
Outdoor ceremonies are one of the four key wedding trends for 2013 highlighted by Planyourperfectwedding.com.
The trend for seasonality in wedding flowers is also expected to continue with British blooms and soft vintage shades taking pride of place.
This wedding trend complements outdoor ceremonies at The Pavilion perfectly. Its Garden Gazebo is set against a backdrop of English garden buds in a variety of natural shades.
Also licensed to host indoor ceremonies, the Pavilion provides the perfect indoor solution for inclement weather.
The main room comes with large floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that open on to a private terrace, providing sweeping views of the landscaped grounds.
Brides can choose from one of the following hire options:
- Ceremony and reception – a reduced venue hire of £550 for the Garden Gazebo when booked in conjunction with one of the venue’s reception packages – silver, gold or platinum (starting from £100 per person).
- Ceremony only – a venue hire fee of £850 for the Garden Gazebo with a minimum requirement of £18 per person for a drinks reception with canapés.
The Pavilion recently hosted its latest wedding open day to showcase its facilities.
The event attracted 12 new brides – all of whom expressed interest in getting married at The Pavilion within the next two years.
It was also an opportunity for brides who had already confirmed their weddings at The Pavilion to meet with their wedding coordinator and suppliers to discuss final details.
In addition to being a popular wedding venue, The Pavilion is also a very sought-after conference centre and teambuilding venue.
The Pavilion’s main room can accommodate conferences for up to 150 guests in a theatre layout or 80 in a cabaret layout.
It is ideal for teambuilding and group activities – the venue is set in 26 acres of landscaped grounds.
The variety of teambuilding activities, including a purpose-built experiential learning training course, is perfectly complemented by a range of specialist training rooms for indoor group sessions.
Accessible by rail, road and air, this popular conference venue is 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport, 30 miles from central London and 30 minutes by train from London Marylebone to the nearest station in High Wycombe.
The closest motorways are Junction 4 on the M40, junction 8 or 9 on the M4 and Junction 15 on the M25.
